The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Tiili stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
Billet throws a leg kick that misses.
Tiili gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Billet.
Nice body punch from Tiili.
A head kick misses from Billet.
Tiili throws a hook to the side of Billet's head but Billet sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Tiili on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
Billet slips under a jab.
Tiili stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Billet.
Tiili fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Tiili rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Billet moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Szymanski fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Ramirez manages to avoid it.

Ramirez tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Szymanski was well out of range. Poor timing from Ramirez.

That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Hanley Ramirez.
