That was a close round. You could make an argument for either fighter but I would give it to Shawn Michaels.

Mirasty lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Vachon wants to control the pace but Mirasty is squirming around nicely.

Well Mirasty has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

Zukic throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Zukic is defended easily by Contemprato.
Zukic throws the left hand but Contemprato avoids the punch easily.
Zukic throws a leg kick but Contemprato moved away.
Zukic is looking to score with low kicks.
Amir Zukic seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Contemprato checks the leg kick nicely there.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Contemprato throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Zukic throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Contemprato's waist but Contemprato gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Zukic off to one side.

Taylor cracks Hickok with a good jab.
Taylor sizes up Hickok with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
