As you may already know, GFC has decided to move its operations elsewhere, but don’t worry….we are staying in New York! We’ve been due for a new gym for some time now. I’m sure you’ve noticed the chipped paint and cheap door we’ve been trying to keep together the last few years.

The busted window in the back and drainage system in the bathroom are less than desirable to deal with. Not to mention how hot it gets during the summers and our “on again, off again” AC.

Well all that is about to change. We’ve decided to move into the Brooklyn Heights area. We will have brand new amenities and AC that runs 24/7. We’ll also be in a safer area for those always worried about getting home after training. We took pictures so you can see what the facility looks like.
