Hello ladies and gentlemen and a warm welcome from the entire NAFL ownership group, I hope everyone's enjoying the holiday season and I wish everyone an extremely early happy new year! Now this as you know it, is Sam McCarthy and I've got a little bit of news to share with y'all about NAFL...
Now, so far as a relatively new organization on the block, we are doing rather well, steadily improving our roster, sending out bigger paydays and some bonuses from time to time as well, but, It is our dream to one day stand aloft, if not with the very best organizations in the game, but maybe alongside them, and hence we are goanna need make some tough decisions going forward. So we are looking to shift a lot of our younger fighters into this new organization which is made exclusively for them... But just to make that transition a bit smoother for every manager/fighter involved in this organization, we've acquired a new organization that will act as a feeder org to NAFL, which is set to open up it's shores from early January and can house the next generation of fighters looking for fair matchups which they otherwise maybe were not getting over here at NAFL. Now mind you when I say the next generation of fighters, I mean 18-25 year olds only, cause that will be the age limit for this new feeder org just to make it fair for everyone. But every in game year, few of the best fighters will also get a choice to move over to NAFL, for a bigger payday as well as of course a chance to compete against much better opponents, much like UFC. Now everyone will be given a choice on if they would like to move to this new org or not because it will be under new management of course...and if you've stuck around at NAFL for a while, you would know that we try to make the fairest of matchups as possible with the limited amount of options available to us, we pay well, and try to put out as many quality articles and possible interviews up in the forums as well as the tycoon times as possible...hence trust me on this, expect that trend to continue under this new management also...which will be handled by Mr Totti La Moretti...So join us for the ride and trust me you won't be left disappointed...
NEW ORGANIZATION RULES AND REGULATION
Age limit: 18-25 year olds
Fight rules: Same as NAFL
Contract rules: 3K/3K/5K As a minimum, rest depends upon your negotiation skills
Promotion to NAFL: As soon as you're over 25 (automatically you'll get a contract for NAFL) or you are too good to be around the young fighters and you feel that your guy is ready to compete at NAFL against much tougher opposition, then let us know and you will be moved to NAFL under a new contract and a much bigger payday as well. But if you wish to leave for different pastures, you will be free to do so as well.
Process for promotion: Now this might not come to fruition but every 3-6 months, we might hold an event, putting the best fighters from this new junior organization and the second best fighters from their division in a fight with the winner taking a bit of cash prize plus an opportunity to move over to NAFL.
