To all DMMA Fighters and Managers,

Over the last 50 events, DMMA has proudly showcased some of the most exciting and competitive fights in the game. However, behind the scenes, the organization has been operating at a loss. Despite strong fight cards and consistent effort from everyone involved, our current payout structure hasn’t matched what the events are earning.

To put it simply — we’ve been paying out more than we bring in.

In order to secure the future of DMMA and keep providing a stable, competitive platform for rising talent, we are implementing a new performance-based pay scale that rewards fighters according to the value they bring to each event.

đź’° How the New Pay Scale Works

Fighter contracts will now be determined by total Hype + Popularity, which directly represents a fighter’s market value and drawing power. The more hype and pop you generate, the more revenue your fight brings to the card — and your pay will reflect that contribution.

The new pay structure includes eight tiers, designed to scale with a fighter’s growth and performance:

Tier Hype + Pop Range Signing Bonus Base Pay Win Bonus
T1 – Elite (Top Draws) 650+ 30,000 20,000 10,000
T2 – Headliners 500–649 25,000 17,500 8,000
T3 – Contenders 400–499 20,000 15,000 7,500
T4 – Ranked Fighters 300–399 15,000 12,500 6,000
T5 – Solid Veterans 200–299 12,500 10,000 5,000
T6 – Mid-Carders 120–199 10,000 7,500 3,500
T7 – Prospects 60–119 7,500 6,000 3,000
T8 – Newcomers 0–59 5,000 5,000 2,500

(Signing Bonus / Base Pay / Win Bonus)

📊 Why We’re Making This Change

After reviewing DMMA’s financials, we found that fighter pay has grown faster than event income. Over the last 50 events, our average payout has exceeded total event profit — meaning the org is losing money even on successful cards.

Roughly 10–12 fighters fall into the top three tiers (T1–T3) — the main event-level draws who drive event profits.

About 20–25 fighters sit in the middle tiers (T4–T6) — the backbone of the roster.

Around 15–20 fighters are currently T7–T8, who are paid more than the event revenue they generate.

We don’t want to cut anyone — but we can’t sustain that imbalance forever. This pay system ensures DMMA stays profitable, while still rewarding effort, growth, and loyalty.

🚀 How to Move Up the Pay Scale

The fastest way to increase your earnings is by winning fights and building your popularity (Pop).
After each win, you have the option to either “Hype Yourself” or “Thank Fans.”

🗣️ Hype Yourself – Can give a spike to Hype, but it’s inconsistent and sometimes adds less than a standard win would.

🙌 Thank Fans – Guarantees a Popularity increase, which directly raises your total Hype + Pop and helps you climb the pay scale faster.

If your goal is to move up the tiers and earn bigger contracts, consistently “Thank Fans” after your victories. This builds a stable fanbase, improves your long-term value, and gets you closer to top-tier pay or even a SYN contract.

🏆 Path to SYN

DMMA is and will remain the official feeder and development organization for SYN. Fighters who build strong records and reach the upper tiers here will have opportunities to move up to SYN for premium, high-paying contracts.

The system is designed to reward growth — when you win, gain fans, and climb the ranks, your pay will rise accordingly, and your chances of promotion will increase.

❤️ Final Thoughts

We know this change means smaller numbers on paper for some of you, but the intent is to make those numbers mean more in the long run. This isn’t about cutting corners — it’s about protecting the organization that gives you a platform to shine and grow.

DMMA needs to be financially healthy to continue hosting consistent, high-quality events. When the org makes money, we can invest more back into production, bonuses, and future opportunities for everyone.

So keep training, keep fighting hard, and when you win — thank your fans.
That’s how you grow your brand, your paycheck, and your path to SYN.

Thank you all for your dedication and understanding. Together, we’ll build a stronger, sustainable DMMA — and keep this machine running for the long haul.
