#R1##TD2# Hopkins throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Caffrey tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Hopkins is in Caffrey's guard. Hopkins is standing up over Caffrey. Caffrey looks to escape but Hopkins dives into side control.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.#REVR##SUB2# Hopkins is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Caffrey knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. Caffrey looks to move to half guard but instead Hopkins has passed into mount! Damn!#SUB2# Hopkins looking for a guillotine from mount but Caffrey is having none of it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Caffrey wants to improve position but instead he's given up his back. Hopkins biding his time, controlling Caffrey. #T1# Caffrey covering up well under a series of strikes from Hopkins. Caffrey rolls, trying to escape but Hopkins keeps control of the position.
Good control from Hopkins. It looks like Hopkins might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SUB2# Caffrey preventing the rear naked choke attempt from Hopkins. #T2# My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.#SUB2# Hopkins tightening his grip on Caffrey, looking for the choke. #SUB2# Hopkins is looking for the choke from the back position but Caffrey is controlling his hands well. Caffrey might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Hopkins has the hooks sunk in and you can see the will to fight slowly draining out of Caffrey's body.
Hopkins is continuing to stall.#T3# Hopkins thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent. Hopkins really has the hooks in deep now - there seems like no escape for Caffrey. Caffrey looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment. #T4# Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Hopkins controlling the position well here. Caffrey rolled but Hopkins kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.
Caffrey knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Hopkins on the ground. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.

It looked like Caffrey was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from Hopkins. Caffrey will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Hopkins fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Caffrey avoids it really well and circles away. Caffrey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hopkins is fending him off so far but Caffrey persists. Nope, Hopkins circles away and we're back to standing. Hopkins shoots in for a double leg but Caffrey sprawls well. That's going to sap some energy. Viktor Caffrey has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jett Hopkins. Hopkins shoots for a takedown but Caffrey saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Caffrey is defended easily by Hopkins. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Caffrey doesn't succeed with the takedown and Hopkins counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Caffrey thinking. #T1# Hopkins shoots in looking for a takedown but Caffrey manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Hopkins's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Hopkins is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Caffrey looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Hopkins is fending him off so far but Caffrey persists. Nope, Hopkins circles away and we're back to standing. Both fighters are breathing heavily.#TD2# Hopkins bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. Hopkins works to advance to full mount. Caffrey defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs. Hopkins misses with a series of strikes from mount. He'll no doubt be working on his ground and pound when he gets back to the gym.

Monte D Garp seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#CL# Garp fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Gordan, pushing him back against the cage.#BC# Garp's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.#KD# Garp lands a left and a right that send Gordan crashing to the mat, dazed. Garp thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!#ROC#Gordan is rocked! The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Garp catches Gordan with a right, a left, a right. It's raining punches and Gordan forgot an umbrella! Another punch and he's down. This one is over!

Tactus throws a push kick but Stephen slaps the foot to one side. Stephen misses with a body kick. Stephen walks into a left hand. Stephen shoots in looking for a takedown. Tactus tries to sprawl out of it but Stephen keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Tactus manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tactus lands a jab-cross combination. Stephen throws a sloppy head kick and Tactus moves out of range easily. #T1# Stephen is looking to clinch. Stephen misses the shot to the body. #CL# Stephen closes the distance and clinches. #BC2# Tactus breaks from the clinch.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Oooooooooooh, not good. A head punch on the inside from Ali Jr fails to land. Turner putting his Muay Thai to good use. He has Ali Jr in a tight clinch and is doing some damage with knees to the body. Turner is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Ali Jr gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. Ali Jr can't break the clinch.
Ali Jr lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. Ali Jr has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.#BC# Turner pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Turner dives in and grabs Ali Jr's left leg, looking for a takedown. Ali Jr pushes down on Turner's head and hops out.#CL# Turner closes the distance and clinches.
