Curtis showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Curtis looking to pass the guard. Ciancosi is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Curtis seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Curtis works over Ciancosi with some ground and pound from guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Ciancosi not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

Bezy tries to move into range but Rosales moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. A shot to the liver by Rosales. Beautiful body shot. Good exchange - Rosales coming out on top. Rosales swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A little jabbing left from Bezy on the counter but it doesn't find it's target. Bezy doesn't succeed with the takedown and Rosales counters with a stiff right hand. Nice uppercut there from Rosales. Bezy takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

Malone throws a hook to the side of Toto's head but Toto sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Malone fails with an attempt to clinch.

Malone tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Toto manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Malone. Toot Toto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Malone doesn't manage to clinch there - Toto circles away.
Toto tries to counter by moving into the clinch but Malone manages to circle out of the way.#TD2# Malone shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Malone was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Malone trying to control the position but Toto is working away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Malone remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. #T1# Malone scoring with punches and elbows. #SU2# Malone decides to stand back up. Malone wants to lay and pray for a moment but Toto keeps working. #T2# Toto is working to avoid the ground and pound but Malone connects with a decent elbow. Toto is trying to escape the position but Malone is controlling the position. Let's hope that Malone has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. It looks like Malone might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#T3# Malone is looking to take a break and control but Toto is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. #SUB2# Malone is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Lopez throws a combination that misses letting Barishnikov counter with a right hand. #CL2# The fight moves into the clinch position.#BC# Barishnikov pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. The fight stays on the outside here - Barishnikov looks like he's thinking about clinching though. Lopez drops down looking to force a counter takedown but Barishnikov defends it well.#KD# Oooooh!!! Barishnikov has knocked Lopez down with a huge combo! It looked like Jattner was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.#TD# Jattner shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rose manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Jattner wants to control from the top but Rose keeps moving. Jattner throwing strikes but missing. Jattner is working Rose over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jattner loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jattner scoring with punches to the head and body. Rose is striking but Jattner is not phased and passes to half guard. Rose is not content to let Jattner control the position.#T1# Rose wants to get back to full guard but Jattner has passed into side control.#SUB# Jattner has worked his way into a potential kimura here. Dooly definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Al Hamidi lands a couple of digs. Al Hamidi pushes down on Dooly's leg and manages to get into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Al Hamidi is keen to just control but Dooly is a slippery customer. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Al Hamidi lands a nice short elbow. Al Hamidi is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. #SUB2# Al Hamidi is working for a submission of some sort.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Cannofyre slaps away a takedown attempt from Baylon, before circling back to the center of the mat. Left hook, right uppercut from Cannofyre. Cannofyre moves into range and throws a lovely three punch combination. A right-left combo lands from Cannofyre. Caleb Baylon seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Baylon takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Baylon is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Cannofyre. Baylon should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Cannofyre lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Baylon circles away quickly and effectively. Cannofyre lands a two punch combo.

He must have been working on that in the gym. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Ciancosi with poor footwork there.
