Livingston shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Smack pinned against the cage. Smack gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Livingston misses with a looping left. Livingston shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Smack counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Johnny Smack has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcelo Livingston. Livingston fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Smack throws a head kick that misses. Smack tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. #CL# Smack gets a clinch. Sutton connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Johnson's hands. Sutton moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off. Sutton rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Johnson moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Sutton changes levels and scores with a jab to the body. Johnson misses with a jab, cross combination.
Sutton is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#CL# Johnson moves into the clinch successfully.

You can see the frustration on Asakura's face� He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Alex Oliveira overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Oliveira is looking cool and calm here, just waiting for a good opportunity to attack and finish the fight from this dominant position.

He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Asakura for as long as he can get away with.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Oliveira's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Macias scores with a crisp jab that stopped Clay in his tracks. Clay moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross. Macias is using his reach advantage to land shots from outside his opponent's range. Macias lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Clay circles away quickly and effectively. Clay fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Macias avoids it really well and circles away. Macias tests Clay's chin there with a solid looking shot. Macias throws a right hand that Clay ducks under and follows up with a left that Clay also avoids with ease. Boone shoots in looking for a takedown but Asakura manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Boone's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Boone throws a sloppy head kick and Asakura counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Boone showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Asakura.
