Horrible takedown attempt by Franze or perhaps it was just good defense by Van Der Lin, which made it look bad.
A punch lands to the side of Van Der Lin 's head but he takes it in his stride.
Nice takedown defense from Van Der Lin. No joy for Franze on that attempt.
Franze tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Van Der Lin defends well and Franze ends up having to push Van Der Lin into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Dutch Van Der Lin has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Alessio Franze.

and Van Der Lin scores with a counter punch that sends Franze to the canvas! Van Der Lin smells blood - he's punishing Franze with more strikes and the ref has stopped it! Franze has no idea where he is - he's tackled the ref... oh dear, poor guy, the crowd is in hysterics!
