#R1# Guiness tries to land a body kick#TD2# and Jacob counters with a takedown into side control. Jacob working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Guiness can't do much from the bottom here. Jacob sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Guiness is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
Jacob happy to just control the position for now. Guiness dodges the ground and pound from Jacob. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jacob looking to punish the body of his opponent here but Guiness is avoiding damage well.
Jacob throwing strikes but missing, from side control. Jacob tries to move to mount but Guiness blocks the move with his legs. #T1# Guiness can't do much from the bottom here. Jacob fails to land a wild elbow strike.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Jacob controlling the position from side mount. The referee looks like he's ready to step in and stand the fighters back up.#SU2# Jacob stands up. #T2# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jacob dodges the punch combination from Guiness.

#TD2# Jacob jumps into guard, dragging Guiness to the mat.
Jacob throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
Guiness trying to control but Jacob is working from the bottom. Jacob controlling the position. Guiness knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Jacob on the ground. Jacob lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVB##T3# Jacob is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Jacob throws a big right hand that misses. Jacob looking to control the position here, rather than advance. #T4# There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Jacob keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Guiness's head.#SU2# Jacob stands up from Guiness's guard - Jacob perhaps looking for a knockout. Guiness pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Jacob fails with a takedown attempt. Guiness is looking to counter with a shot to the body. Rory Guiness seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jacob dodges the punch combination from Guiness.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Jacob shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. No luck for Jacob with that takedown attempt. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Jacob Jacob dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.#R2# Guiness throws an off balance right hand
and Jacob counters with a lovely straight right hand! Jacob dodges the punch combination from Guiness.
Jacob keeps the fight on the outside. Guiness tries to close the distance and clinch up but Jacob swats him away and circles back towards the center. Jacob throws a head kick that Guiness semi-blocks.
Jacob avoids the body shot from Guiness.
Guiness misses with a series of wild punches.

Jacob connects with a leg kick. #T1# Jacob looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Nice shot lands for Guiness. Jacob circles away from the clinch attempt.
Guiness lands with a hook. Jacob tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Guiness tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Jacob manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat. Guiness looks to land a combination but Jacob avoids it well. Jacob shoots in but Guiness avoids the takedown attempt easily. Rory Guiness has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jacob Jacob. Jacob shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Guiness as he jumps to the side. #T2# Jacob slips a jab and a cross from Guiness.
No luck for Jacob with that takedown attempt. Rory Guiness is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Jacob is breathing heavily. Guiness misses with a body shot.
Jacob dives in for a single leg takedown but Guiness sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.#KD# Oooh a lovely combination from Guiness sends Jacob down but not out. Guiness dives into side control looking to finish. #ROC#Jacob is rocked! Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Jacob seems a little lost for a moment, as Guiness dominates the positioning. Jacob is still in real trouble! Can Guiness finish him?#SU# Guiness decides to stand up, so the ref orders Jacob to his feet. Jacob displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Guiness. Guiness is looking to clinch. #CL# Guiness clinches. #BC2# Jacob manages to break the clinch.
Jacob shoots and misses and Guiness counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Guiness cracks Jacob on the jaw with a powerful right hand and Jacob falls backwards against the cage. Guiness follows up with more strikes that drop Jacob to his knees. Guiness keeps the pressure on and the referee jumps in to save Jacob! This one is all over!
