Jones feints and as Braga raises his hands in defense, Jones changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Braga keeping full guard, as Jones tries to pass.
Jones won't allow Braga to get back to his feet.

Jones drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Jones jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

It looks like Jones might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.

Jones's coach down at Freakshow Gym was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Jones's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

Braga doesn't manage to clinch there - Jones circles away.

The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky.
Braga feints a jab promting Jones to slip. Braga then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Jones slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.

Braga dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Jones. That did some damage!
Braga slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.

Braga is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Jones can do to turn this around?
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Braga lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Braga throws a monster overhand right that drops Jones! Braga follows up with more strikes from mount and the fight is all over!

Miguel Braga decided to go for the less than humble approach in his post fight interview, telling everyone how he is going to conquer the world. The crowd seemed to like it when really that sort of approach could have gone either way.

and MacHugh counters with a massive hook, right on the button! He's out cold! Damn, that was naaaaaasty! Hopefully he'll be OK.
