Tanner tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Summers defends well and Tanner ends up having to push Summers into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Tanner tries to score a power double leg takedown but Summers sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tanner somewhat.
Tanner throws a head kick that misses #KD#
and Summers counters with a crisp right hand that drops Tanner! Summers lets Tanner back up to his feet, looking for a finish!#CUT#It looks like Ricky Tanner has been cut.
Summers scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Summers fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks Tanner square on the jaw! Damn, Tanner is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!
