#R1# Ortiz shoots in for a takedown but Jensen shows good takedown defense. Carlos Ortiz seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ortiz with a poor takedown #TD# and Jensen counters with a shoot takedown. Ortiz fights it but they end up in guard. Ortiz keeping full guard, as Jensen tries to pass. #SUB# Jensen has gone for a leg lock! Ortiz slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jensen's guard.#REVB# Jensen has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Jensen really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Jensen trying to keep a closed guard but Ortiz is proving a slippery customer.
Jensen might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#SUB# Jensen working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Ortiz doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Ortiz manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. #T1# Jensen trying to keep a closed guard but Ortiz is proving a slippery customer.
Jensen is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. #SUB# Ortiz got a little sloppy there for a moment and Jensen has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Ortiz has managed to get both his arms back between Jensen's legs - danger averted. Jensen pulls Ortiz in close to his closed guard and prevents Ortiz from doing any damage or advancing position.#SUB# Ortiz is sitting in close to Jensen's body. Jensen has gone for a guillotine from the bottom. Oh damn, that looks pretty tight! Ortiz is panicking - it looks like this one could be all over! Yes, Ortiz is tapping! That was a very nice submission by Jensen.
