Mcgregor shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Silva sprawls well. Silva wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Mcgregor gets slowly back to his feet.
Silva is looking to clinch but Mcgregor is avoiding it.
Mcgregor tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Silva keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Mcgregor fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Silva avoids it really well and circles away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Mcgregor changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Silva tries to avoid it but Mcgregor manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Silva to the ground. Silva escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

The fight stays on the outside here - Diaz looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Diaz has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.
