Nice sprawl there from Virtanen as Musumeci shoots in. Virtanen throws a nice looking combination but Musumeci bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Virtanen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Musumeci manages to avoid it. Musumeci feints the counter takedown. Musumeci shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Virtanen but Virtanen pushes him off and we're back to square one. Harri Virtanen has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Mikey Musumeci. Musumeci closes this distance looking for a takedown but Virtanen circles away. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Musumeci avoids a punch combination nicely.

Charelston looks for a takedown but Virtanen sprawls well. Charelston lands a jab-cross combination. #CUT#It looks like Harri Virtanen has been cut. Charelston throws a head kick that misses. Virtanen tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away. Charelston catches Virtanen with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Virtanen tries to clinch up but Charelston circles away and keeps his distance. Charelston fakes a jab and scores with a low kick. Jab by Charelston. A decent looking body kick lands there for Charelston. Charelston tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Virtanen swivels and escapes. Virtanen tries to counter with a clinch but Charelston shakes him off and moves away.#TD2# Virtanen manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Charelston on his heels. He'll look to pass Charelston's guard now, I'm sure. Charelston on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Charelston tries to get out of the position. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. That was a close round but I would say that Albert Rinderknecht will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Virtanen's coach down at Cozad MMA Helsinki was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Virtanen's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight. Tyburski uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook. We've been told by Tyburski's head coaches at Fight Club that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. Tyburski throws a body punch but Virtanen moves out of range. Virtanen takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch. Tyburski throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Tyburski lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

#R1# Drake shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Bray sprawls well. Bray wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Drake gets slowly back to his feet. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Drake. Bray slaps away a takedown attempt from Drake, before circling back to the center of the mat. Sonny Bray has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darwin Drake. Bray digs a good hook to Drake's body.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A right handed body shot lands from Bray.
Drake tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Bray has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Drake avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch.#BC# Bray pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat. Sonny Bray seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Drake tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bray sees that one coming and sprawls well. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Bray pushes Drake back against the cage and lands a hook to the side of the head.#TD# Bray ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Bray no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard. Bray is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. #SUB# Bray looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.

Iverson comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range. Bloodsport throws a series of punches but Iverson moves out of range. #TD2# Bloodsport gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake. Iverson works a leg free and moves into half guard.
