Griffey Jr manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Griffey Jr throws a series of strikes that have Thornhill backpedaling.

Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Lanaro throws a sloppy head kick and Jefferson moves out of range easily. Lanaro shoots in looking for a takedown. It looked like Thornhill was trying to counter with a body shot coming off that last attack from MacMoir. MacMoir doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Thornhill showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from MacMoir.
Thornhill went nuts there looking for a big combo counter but none of the flurry connected. MacMoir fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.

MacMoir escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. MacMoir lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Thornhill circles away quickly and effectively.
