#R1# Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.#CL2# Ruckerson clinches. Ruckerson dictating the pace here, as the fighters clinch against the ropes. Fuchs trying to control the position but instead, Ruckerson has worked for underhooks and has pushed Fuchs into the ropes. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Fuchs stalling in the clinch.
#T1# Ruckerson's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. Ruckerson stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
#T2# A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Ruckerson is trying to stall.
Fuchs will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning Ruckerson up against the ropes. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Ruckerson displaying some good clinch control by pressing Fuchs up against the ropes.
And that's the end of the fight! Hoodeen Ruckerson comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Ruckerson has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1 round of action, we go to the scorecards for a decision. Judge Ian Loll scores the fight 9:10 Judge William Peck scores the fight 9:10 Judge Steve Smith scores the fight 9:10
In favor of your winner, by unanimous decision... Hoodeen Ruckerson! Hoodeen Ruckerson decided to thank the fans in attendance for making a great atmosphere. It seemed to go down pretty well. |
