Glover engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Glover trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Glover controls from within his opponent's guard. #T1##SU2# Glover stands up from guard. Let's bang! #TD2# Glover closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. The referee calls for the fighters to work.
It looks like Glover might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Or the ring announcers come to think of it.#SU2# Glover stands up out of the half guard. #TD2# Glover looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Daniel! A lull in the action here as Glover stalls from top position. Glover sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but Daniel is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
#T2# Glover tries to move into full mount but can't pass Daniel's legs. Daniel takes an elbow right on the bridge of the nose and winces in pain.

#SU2# Glover stands up and we're back to a striking position. A punch combination from Glover misses. Daniel feinted with a counter takedown. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!#CL2# Glover drives through and clinches with Daniel against the cage.
Glover has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.#BC2# Glover escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Daniel shoots and misses #TD2# and Glover counters with a takedown into side control. Glover is pausing for a moment. What's he doing? It looks like he's clearing his nose. Oh dude! He's shot a load of snot all down Daniel's shoulder. That is not cool. #SU2# Glover decides to take the fight back to the feet. #TD2# Glover shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Glover was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Glover is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Glover really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Daniel. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. An elbow from Glover crashes against the mat.

He has the arm isolated but Daniel is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Cruz Glover dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.#R2##TD2# Glover scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Glover is controlling the pace.

Daniel looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A combination from Glover does no damage. Glover has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Glover scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Glover's corner is telling him to maintain position. Glover tests Daniel's chin there with a solid looking shot. Sloppy strikes from Glover. Those never looked like landing. Glover with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.

Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!#R3##TD2# Glover closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Daniel to the mat! Daniel manages to get full guard. Glover is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position.#SU2# Glover stands up from guard. Let's bang! Glover does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.#TD2# Glover drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Glover seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up. Both fighters are breathing heavily.#T1# The adventures of Glover the control monster continue. Boring. Glover works over Daniel with some ground and pound from guard. Glover wants to pass the guard but Daniel is keeping the position. Glover connects with a couple of short punches.#T2# Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Glover looking to pass the guard. Glover showing good wrestling skills to control the position. #REF3# The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Glover scores with a three punch combo!

And that's the end of the fight! Cruz Glover comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Glover has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
