Adabuwayle throws out a counter right but Van Der Arts avoids it with no problem. Adabuwayle ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Van Der Arts moves away. Van Der Arts tries to counter with a takedown but Adabuwayle is quick to defend against it. Adabuwayle misses with a jab, cross combination.
Van Der Arts throws a right and a left that both miss. A low kick lands for Adabuwayle.
Joop Van Der Arts seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Van Der Arts takes a swing at Adabuwayle's ribcage but misses. #TD# Van Der Arts shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Adabuwayle napping and manages to drive through into side control! #R1# Mueller tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Van Der Arts swivels and escapes. Mueller keeps Van Der Arts at a distance using the push kick. Sloppy strikes from Mueller. Those never looked like landing. Mueller is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Van Der Arts swinging wildly here.
Mueller fails with the takedown and Van Der Arts connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle.#CUT2#It looks like Conor Mueller has been cut. Van Der Arts goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Mueller misses with a few strikes there.

Mueller blinks but takes it well. Mueller dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Van Der Arts. That did some damage! The crowd are loving this.
