Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!#TD2# Jones dives in and scores a takedown into Edwards's guard. Jones with a nice head shot there. Jones stands up over Edwards, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones works over Edwards with some ground and pound from guard. Jones is working Edwards over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Jones is frustrating his opponent with some stalling tactics from top position. Jones lands a couple of digs.#T1# Jones is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Jones chips away with some ground and pound. Jones controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Mcgregor is loading up here, looking for a big counter of his own. Mcgregor fakes the leg kick and cracks Edwards in the body. Edwards throws a series of punches but Mcgregor moves out of range. Mcgregor unleashes a big counter combination but Edwards bobs and weaves and avoids any damage. Edwards tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Mcgregor shapes to counter with a head kick. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mcgregor checks a leg kick nicely.
