Nice sprawl there from Deni as Krueger shoots in.
Krueger fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Deni tries to clinch but Krueger is having none of it.
Krueger shoots for a double leg takedown but Deni sprawls well. He's pushed Krueger's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rohan Krueger. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Krueger darts in looking for a takedown but Deni gets double underhooks and turns Krueger into the ropes.
Krueger sets himself, and Deni steps forward looking for the clinch! Krueger avoids it this time.
Deni jumps guard but Krueger turns him against the ropes and keeps the fight standing.
Deni prevents a takedown attempt there.
Krueger has been working on his balance at TNB 2025, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Deni.#TD#
Krueger has hold of one of Deni's legs. Deni is fighting the takedown attempt but Krueger gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Krueger got a little sloppy there for a moment and Deni has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Krueger has managed to get both his arms back between Deni's legs - danger averted.

Deni drops down looking for a counter takedown but Krasniqi sprawls and moves away.
