Perez swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made. Perez keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Park shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Perez defends it nicely. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Eugene Park. That's going to take a lot out of him. Park with a lazy takedown attempt and Perez counters with a lovely straight right hand! Park shoots for a double leg takedown but Perez sprawls well. He's pushed Park's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. #TD# Perez tries to sprawl but Park drives through with a takedown into half guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Perez tries to roll over but Park keeps him under control. Park works his way into side control. Summers misses with a takedown attempt and Perez counters with a left and a right that stings Summers. Perez jabs Summers right on the nose. Summers blinks but takes it well. No luck with that takedown attempt from Summers. Summers plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Perez catches Summers with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Summers wants to clinch up but Perez keeps it at a distance. Summers fails in his attempt to clinch. Perez swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
