#R1# Harrison pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Bruce back to the cage. Harrison follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.#CUT#It looks like Brody Bruce has been cut. Harrison throws a head kick but Bruce moves out of range.
Bruce showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Harrison.
And Bruce tries to counter it with a takedown but Harrison pushes his down on his head and steps out. Harrison closes the distance and lands a one-two.#TD2# Bruce bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Harrison is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Harrison knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bruce on the ground. Bruce grinds an elbow into Harrison's temple. Bruce scoring with punches from side control. Bruce working the head with strikes. Bruce working the ground and pound. Bruce lands a few punches from side control. Bruce working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Bruce lands a nice forearm strike. #ROC2#Harrison is rocked! Bruce looks up at the clock and then as Harrison takes his cue and looks up at the clock too, Bruce smacks him right in the chops with a big elbow! How rude!
Oh Harrison is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Bruce scores with a big shot from side control... and another... and another! Oh Harrison is done here - save him referee! More strikes land and eventually the ref does step in and Bruce can finally stop beating on his defenseless opponent!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Brody Bruce! Brody Bruce seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website. In defeat, Erik Harrison stepped up to the mic, saying 'My opponent was very strong and I respect their fighting. I will make sure I will come back stronger then ever next time. Thank you.'. |

#R1# The crowd cheers as Harrison lands an impressive looking overhand right. Asskren doesn't seem phased though.#KD# Harrison cracks Asskren with an uppercut from hell and Asskren crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Harrison's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
#ROC#Asskren is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Harrison wants to control from the top but Asskren keeps moving. Asskren is still in real trouble! Can Harrison finish him? Harrison is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Asskren is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Harrison pushing down on Asskren's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Harrison seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Asskren does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Asskren can do anything to dispel that myth. Well, if Harrison is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight� I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza� Yum. Can't wait.

Harrison lands with a jab that stuns his opponent. Asskren is looking to close the distance but Harrison sees it coming and throws a beautiful knee! Asskren crumbles to the mat and that's all she wrote! Let's hope Asskren is OK because that was naaaaaasty!
