Heath looks to throw a body kick
and Link counters with a series of strikes. Heath will be more careful next time no doubt.
Heath looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
Heath tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Link defends well and Heath ends up having to push Link into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Link looks like he wanted to counter with a high kick but didn't throw it.
Heath jumps guard but Link stands there with Heath around his waist. Heath gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Rodney Heath. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Link is trying to break the clinch but Heath has him pressed against the cage.
Heath is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Link to keep the fight standing.
