Ness lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Gallegos is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Ness seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
Ness is looking to work some ground and pound but Gallegos has wrist control.
Gallegos really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Ness. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Gallegos wants to stand up but Ness is controlling him.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ness postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head.

Ness seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Gallegos for as long as he can get away with.

Ness definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Ness cracks Gallegos with a big elbow. Oh, he's hurt! Ness immediately mounts and start dropping bombs! Gallegos is done! The referee jumps in and saves him from any more punishment - a quick and decisive finish by Ness!

Boytsov drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Boytsov has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Gallegos defend it? Boytsov steps over the head and cranks it - Gallegos is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Boytsov!
