#R1##TD2# Salamanca drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Dmitriev gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Dmitriev is pressing down on Salamanca's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it.#SUB# Dmitriev looking for submissions from the bottom but instead Salamanca passes into side control.
#SUB2# Salamanca is looking for a kimura. He might have it! No, Dmitriev has escaped the position, nice work there. The referee tells the fighters to keep busy. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Dmitriev tries to bench press Salamanca off him but Salamanca keeps the position. #T1##SUB2# Salamanca is looking to finish here, going for an Americana. Dmitriev knows the correct defense though, so he's OK. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#SU2# Salamanca stands up and we're back to a striking position. #CL2# Salamanca closes the distance and pushes Dmitriev back into the cage. Salamanca is looking for a takedown. Salamanca drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Salamanca swings wildly with an uppercut but Dmitriev uses good head movement to avoid it. #T2# Salamanca has Dmitriev pressed against the cage.
Dmitriev tries to stall but Salamanca uses the opportunity to gain a better position.
Salamanca is trying to pull guard but Dmitriev has him pressed against the cage. Slavik Dmitriev has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Eduardo Salamanca. Salamanca jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Dmitriev walks away with a smile on his face. Salamanca gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Salamanca walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush. Dmitriev lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Salamanca backs up against the cage.
#ROC#Salamanca is rocked! Dmitriev cracks Salamanca with a big right hand that sees him stumbling back against the cage! Salamanca falls to his knees and Dmitriev doesn't need a second invitatation - he rushes in and fires off several unanswered shots that force the referee to stop the fight! This one is all over!
