#R1# Boma circles away from the clinch attempt.
Boma closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ingvar circles away. Ingvar is trying to close the distance and clinch up, after that failed offence from Boma. No luck for Boma with that takedown attempt. Ingvar misses with a takedown attempt and Boma counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.#CUT2#It looks like Asgeir Ingvar has been cut. Boma keeps the fight on the outside. Boma is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.#TD2# Boma shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Boma controlling the pace. My spies in Animal Fight Club inform me that Boma has been getting involved in the gym's BJJ sparring sessions. Let's see whether that pays dividends! We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. It looks like Boma might be adopting somewhat of a lay and pray gameplan here, which I'm sure won't go down too well with the paying fans in attendance... Boma has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.#T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Norman Boma is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Asgeir Ingvar seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD2# Ingvar gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Boma to score an easy takedown into full guard. Boma content just to control the position here.
