He tries to recover but Demirov pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Yurchon is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

We've been hearing reports that Yurchon has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.

Yurchon has clasped his hands together around Candy's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Yurchon wants to lay and pray for a moment but Candy keeps working.
Yurchon really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Candy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Check out the look on Yurchon's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
