Almeida remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Hester is trying to force a seperation but Forbes has the dominant position.
Forbes keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Hester's efforts to push away.
Forbes swings away with an uppercut that misses.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Forbes.
Forbes working on landing some head shots here - that one got through nicely.
Forbes prevents Hester from breaking the clinch.
Forbes looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Forbes lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage.
Hester tries to break free but Forbes pushes him back against the cage.
Forbes throws a blind hook that connects with the side of Hesters head.

Hester pushes off an throws an elbow but Forbes leans to the side and avoids it. We're back to clinching against the cage.
