#R1# A combination from Blair does no damage. Thomas looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!#TD# Thomas gets the takedown into side control. Blair can't do much from the bottom here. Blair tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Thomas wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Blair struggling a bit here. Blair is sneaking out the side here. He's bucked Thomas off and has taken his back! So, who will make the next big move? In this position it could be crucial.
Thomas definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight. Well, with Blair on his back, surely it's only a matter of time before Thomas is tapping out... Can he escape the position?#T1# Blair gets his hands free as Thomas looks to control. Blair slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Let's hope that Blair has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight. Blair is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Eric Arthur Blair seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Blair lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Blair wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection. Blair dips down and scores with a jab to the body. Blair scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction. Thomas takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Blair lands with a two punch combination before moving back out of range.

#R1# Gross throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Blair closes the distance but Gross moves to the side #TD2# and Gross counters with a nice double leg into side control. Blair won't be happy with that. Blair tries to improve position but can't. Gross working away. Blair regains half guard. Blair is refusing to be controlled, as Gross sits in half guard. Gross trying to control the pace. Blair is trying to get back to full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Gross takes advantage of the dominant position to land a couple of big hammer fists. Blair makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Blair.#T1# Gross engaging in some classic timewasting tactics. Gross stopping the sweep attempt from Blair. There's a bit of a scramble here and now Blair is on top in guard.

He's managed to get a loose triangle. Kemp doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Blackwood is trying to force a seperation but Blair has the dominant position.#BC2# Blair breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Blair shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Blair tries to clinch but Blackwood is having none of it. Blackwood shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Blair eats them both and turns towards Blackwood to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo. Blackwood lands with a good body shot. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Blair is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
