Jones wants to pass the guard but Haynes is keeping the position. Haynes is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jones is controlling him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jones is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. #R1# No joy there for Haynes, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Haynes takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor. Haynes throws a right and a left that Oksanen avoids nicely. Oksanen shuffles to his left behind two crisp jabs. Haynes eats them both and turns towards Oksanen to reposition himself and eats a stinging right hand-left hook combo.#CUT#It looks like Navin Haynes has been cut. Oksanen's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Oksanen duly obliges. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! He turns his back on Oksanen, trying to create some distance but Oksanen rushes him, striking wildly and Haynes goes down! The referee tackles Oksanen into the cage to end the fight! Oksanen is one violent man!
