With the fighters clinched against the cage, Robben creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut. Alro wants to break free but Robben has control.
Robben lands a hook that snaps the head of Alro backwards. #CUT#It looks like Juan Alro has been cut.#BC2# Alro manages to break the clinch.
#KD# Robben lands a big right hand that sends Alro crashing to the mat! Robben stays standing though and waves Alro back to his feet!#ROC#Alro is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#CL# Alro tries to keep at a distance but Robben has taken the fight into the clinch. Alro is still on wobbly legs! Can Robben finish him? Robben creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Alro with a big uppercut! Alro tries to clinch up but Robben pushes him back against the cage and lands another monster strike that crumples Alro to the mat! Alro covers up and Robben unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Mclovin shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Alro defends it nicely. Nice sprawl there from Alro as Mclovin shoots in. Alro swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect. Mclovin takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Alro throws a solid leg kick but Mclovin takes the impact on his shin and smiles at Alro. Mclovin thuds his right hand into Alro's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Mclovin stalks Alro and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Alro's face. Alro staggers backwards, shaken.#ROC2#Alro is rocked!#CUT2#It looks like Juan Alro has been cut. Mclovin throws a shot to the body.
Oh Alro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Mclovin looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Alro is fending him off so far but Mclovin persists. Nope, Alro circles away and we're back to standing. Alro seems to have got his legs back now. Mclovin might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. A bone on bone clash there as Mclovin blocks the leg kick.

#R1# Trevino shoots in looking for a takedown. Alro tries to sprawl out of it but Trevino keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Alro manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Trevino takes one on the chin but seems OK.
#TD# Trevino feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Alro tries to land a sweep but no joy. Trevino postures up.
Trevino has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Alro looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Trevino bucks up and tries to throw Alro off but instead Alro has got his back! The referee is taking a good look at Trevino as he is on the wrong end of some big shots from Alro!

Oh that last one was to the back of the head. Alro gets a warning from the referee. He throws another strike to the back of the head straight away though and the referee has seen enough. He breaks up the two fighters and stands them back up. Alro gets a real talking to here and is lucky not to get a point deducted. Alro apologises and we restart here on the feet.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Alro throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Trevino defending well as Alro loads up on a big left hand. An inside leg kick from Alro misses. A slapping leg kick lands for Alro.
Trevino changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Alro tries to avoid it but Trevino manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Alro to the ground. Alro escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Alro with the counter takedown but Trevino avoids it easily. Alro connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Trevino momentarily.

After the fight, Juan Alro was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. Hodge working some strikes from top position. Hodge with a flurry of punches that miss. Hodge would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Hodge preventing the sweep. Hodge must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Alro is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Hodge is controlling him. Hodge slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action. That's going to take a lot out of Slade Hodge. Hodge swats away the attempt to clinch by Alro. Hodge takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Alro connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Hodge momentarily.

Alro prevents Hodge from improving position. Hodge is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Alro is trying to escape and get back to his feet. Hodge in side control, throwing shots but Alro defends. #T2# A bit of a lull in the action. I'm sure it will pick up again soon... even if the ref has to physically pick them up and put them back on their feet. Alro is looking for a sweep. Hodge wants to lay and pray for a moment but Alro keeps working. Hodge might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Alro haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time. Hodge remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while. Robertson tries to move into range but Alro moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand. Robertson throws a series of punches but Alro avoids them all with ease. Robertson is trying hard to land a takedown here. Alro sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Robertson looks to land a combination but Alro avoids it well. Robertson has a takedown stuffed. #R1# Griggs lands a head shot.#CUT2#It looks like Juan Alro has been cut. Alro takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Griggs throws a shot to the body.
Griggs cracks Alro with a good shot that sees him stumbling back into the cage.#ROC2#Alro is rocked!#KD2# Griggs feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Alro sprawling to the canvas! Alro rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Griggs finish him?!
Oh Alro is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Griggs shakes his hands by his side, trying to relax. Alro takes his eyes off the ball for a moment - Griggs sees the opportunity and cracks him with a massive hook! Alro bends double and collapses on top of himself - he's out! The crowd are going absolutely nuts! Wow, what a knockout!

Alro shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Norinaga throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Alro takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Alro tries to clinch but fails miserably and Norinaga counters with a stiff right hand. Alro tries to close the distance and clinch but Norinaga swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Alro on the wrong end of a nice hook. Alro connects with an inside leg kick. Alro gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Norinaga. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
