Spring is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Mail. A slow jab from Spring misses its intended target. Spring rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Mail moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Mail sizes up Spring with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Mail misses with a wild body shot. Spring is looking to counter punch. Mail has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout. Spring feints a jab promting Mail to slip. Kriss should have avoided that one. Kriss looks to throw a body kick and Mail counters with a nice uppercut. Kriss takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Mail throws out a powerful jab. Kriss takes a solid shot to the body. That one hurt him but he's trying not to show it. Kriss takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.

Mail jabs Smith to the body, keeping him at a distance. George Smith seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Smith is breathing heavily.
