Seone connects with a single shot there. Souleymane Seone seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Seone jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Seone scores with a jab. Seone takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Seone with a hook.#ROC#Malis is rocked! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!#CL# Seone closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage. Seone lands with a left to the head. Malis is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Seone to keep the fight standing. Seone works for underhooks and lands a body shot in the process.

Malis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Malis blocks a body shot from Seone. Seone is working Malis over against the cage. Seone lands a nice uppercut. A shot in the inside from Seone. Malis is working for takedown but Seone is calmly controlling the position for now. Souleymane Seone has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Goat Malis. A right hand to the body from Seone.
Seone digs a right hand underneath Malis's ribcage. Malis let out a lung full of air as it connected. Seone is working Malis over against the cage. Malis seems to have recovered his senses. Malis fails to pull guard.

Seone is leaning against Malis and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Malis drops down looking for an ankle pick but Seone pulls his leg out and moves away.
Seone stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. Malis takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A cross from Seone lands. Seone lands the left hand. Seone connects with a body shot that sends Malis's belly button to the back. Seone lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.#T2# A jab lands there for Seone. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Seone drops Malis with a naaaaasty hook - Malis is in real trouble here! Seone dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

#R1##TD2# Cage shoots in and scores a nice double leg takedown into half guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Cage is thwarting Malis's attempts to control the position. Cage is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Malis is trying to get back to full guard. Cage content to control rather than advance. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Malis moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Cage works a leg free and moves into half guard. #T1# Malis is looking to control Cage's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Malis avoid being mounted? Cage controlling the pace. Malis is trying to defend against the ground and pound but Cage scores with a couple of nice shots. Cage not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Malis is looking for a sweep. Cage is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Malis wants to sweep but Cage has passed to side control!#SU2# Cage decides to stand back up. #TD2# Malis gets caught napping as Cage dives in and scores a takedown. Malis manages to retain guard.#SUB# Malis has his foot on Cage's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Cage works his way back into a safe position though. Cage controlling from the top position. Malis lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.#REVR##T2# Cage is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Malis is controlling him. Malis trying to control but Cage is working from the bottom. Malis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now. Malis won't allow Cage to sweep him here. Malis loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Cage holds on and takes a little breather. Malis will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.#T3# Cage keeping moving, preventing Malis from controlling successfully. #SUB2# Cage looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Cage wants to stand up but Malis is controlling him. Malis postures up.
Cage seems keen to control Malis's posture. Cage keeping full guard, as Malis tries to pass. #T4# The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Cage wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. The referee is pacing around the two fighters, thinking about a standup. Malis wants to control from the top but Cage keeps moving. #REF3# The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up.#CL2# Cage darts in and clinches Malis up against the cage. Malis changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Cage fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!#CL2# Cage gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here. And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
Franklin Cage dominated that round. That's time! Malis's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.#R2##TD2# Cage bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.#SUB2# Malis wants to improve his position, back to half guard but Cage has ideas of his own. He's got hold of Malis's far side arm and it looks like he's got an Americana. Ohh! Ohhhh! OOOOOOOOOH! A human being's arm is not meant to bend like that! Malis is tapping like a morse code operator on the Titanic! SOS SOS! He's out of here! Great win for Cage!

#R1# Alejandro swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
#TD# and Malis counters with a takedown into side control. Alejandro pushes Malis away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Malis gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Check out the look on Malis's face as he threw that strike - that's one determined fighter!
#ROC#Alejandro is rocked! Malis working the ground and pound but he's contacting the mat, not the fighter. Alejandro takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head. Alejandro is still in real trouble! Can Malis finish him? Malis really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Malis working the head and body with strikes. Malis lands a knee to the body and follows it up with some ground and pound to the head. That will wear Alejandro down.
Alejandro really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Malis. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Alejandro is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here. Malis in side control here. He's dropped a big elbow there and Alejandro looks hurt! Oh, he is hurt! Malis turns on the heat and pounds him out for a TKO victory! Good killer instinct there!

#R1# Malis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jitsu as he avoids it easily. Malis tries for a takedown but Jitsu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Jitsu misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jitsu throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.

Breaker Jitsu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.#TD2# Jitsu looking to score a takedown here. Malis is defending well but Jitsu drives through and ends up in Malis's guard.#SUB2# Jitsu has gone for a leg lock! Malis slips out almost immediately though and dives into Jitsu's guard.#REVR# Malis trying to control but Jitsu is working from the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Jitsu is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage. #T1# Malis wants to control from the top but Jitsu keeps moving. Jitsu pulls Malis in close to prevent any damage. Jitsu's corner are shouting for him to control the position and he seems happy to oblige. Malis preventing the sweep. Jitsu has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.#T2# A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Jitsu is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. #REF3# The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Malis misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Goat Malis. That's going to take a lot out of him.#TD2# Jitsu looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard. Jitsu thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Jitsu thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Malis's head. #SUB2# Jitsu looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

Malis manages to retain guard.#T4# Jitsu forces his way into half guard.#SUB2# Jitsu seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Malis is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
