The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Guy controlling the position. Guy scores with punches from side control. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Guy trying to control the position but Santos is working away. Guy taking a break here but Santos is having none of it and regains half guard. #T1# Santos is concentrating on defense, preventing Guy from advancing position. We've been hearing good reports from Santos's training camp. Apparently he has been rolling around with some good quality BJJ practitioners and has been sharpening his skills. Let's see if that has an impact on the fight today. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Guy unloads with some shots from mount but Santos bucks and avoids them well.

Bryan escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Guy ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Bryan misses with a left hand #TD2# and Guy counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Bryan! Bryan tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Guy wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Guy just content to control the position. You can see the frustration on Bryan's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
