#R1# Benoit keeps the fight on the outside. Adaev shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Benoit but Benoit pushes him off and we're back to square one. Benoit seem to be loading up, looking for a big counter. Adaev shoots in looking for a takedown. Benoit tries to sprawl out of it but Adaev keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Benoit manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. Benoit stuffs the takedown attempt from Adaev. Adaev gets slowly back to his feet. Christ Benoit has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ramazan Adaev. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Adaev with a lazy takedown attempt letting Benoit counter with a right hand. Benoit cracks Adaev with a right hand to the side of the head.#T1##KD# Benoit feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends Adaev sprawling to the canvas! Adaev rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Benoit finish him?!

Adaev throws a big counter combination but Cuervo scrambles out of danger and avoids any damage. Adaev moves out of range as Cuervo strikes. A quick step to the side and Adaev tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect. Cuervo pushing out the jab but it's not landing. #CL# Adaev fakes with an overhand right and moves in to clinch with Cuervo, pushing him back against the ropes.#BC# Adaev escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

Kareem Ford seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ford tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Adaev was well out of range. Poor timing from Ford. Adaev shoots in for a takedown but Ford shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ford throws a lazy uppercut
