Son fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Blackwater sprawls well initially but Son persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Son wants to control but Blackwater is keeping him busy.
Blackwater is trying to get back to full guard.
Son is keen to just control but Blackwater is a slippery customer.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Blackwater is still on wobbly legs! Can Szewczyk finish him?
Szewczyk digs a right hand underneath Blackwater's ribcage. Blackwater let out a lung full of air as it connected.
A right hook to the body lands for Szewczyk.
Szewczyk scores with an uppercut up the middle.
Szewczyk definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Szewczyk creates a bit of space for himself and rocks Blackwater with a big uppercut! Blackwater tries to clinch up but Szewczyk pushes him back against the ropes and lands another monster strike that crumples Blackwater to the mat! Blackwater covers up and Szewczyk unloads with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!

Zousa is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Zousa connects with a nice short shot to Blackwater's temple.
