Cruz dances in with a quick combination. Dudpops is being worked over with jabs and crosses. Oooh, a right straight from Cruz snaps Dudpops's head back. Dudpops stumbles backwards against the cage. Cruz steps forward and delivers a right cross that connects with Dudpops's jaw, simultaneously knocking him out and sending his mouthpiece into the crowd! There's a worthy souvenir for the fans. This one is over folks. Dudpops just didn't come prepared.

Cruz is raining down hammerfists and the ref stops it! Mike's desperate flailing just didn't constitute intelligent defence. Some people will probably question the ref's decision but Mike was definitely hurt and the ref saved him from taking unnecessary punishment. A fighter's safety is paramount in this sport.
