Salamies fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Stokowski sprawls well initially but Salamies persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Salamies seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Stokowski does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back. #SUB2#

Sloppy strikes from Stokowski. Those never looked like landing.
Primeiro connects with a body shot that sends Stokowski's belly button to the back.
Renato Primeiro seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Primeiro avoids a low kick by using good footwork.
Primeiro lands with a kick to the ribs.

Stokowski tries to close the distance and clinch but Primeiro swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Primeiro throws a chopping leg kick but Stokowski manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Stokowski is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
