Hunter has found himself in a tricky position here. He's been working his transitions in training so let's see if he can work his way out of it.

A left lands for Fontes.
Fontes has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Ju finds it's way round the side to connect with Fontes's head.
Fontes lands with a nice combination. Ju backs away looking to recover.
Ju with a poor takedown

Ju shoots and misses
and Fontes counters with a right hand to the body.
Ju has his head snapped back a nice jab. A little nod from Ju there as he acknowledges the shot.
Fontes keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Vinicius Fontes has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Tai Ju.

Ju feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Ju seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.
