Cobra looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!
A nice inside leg kick there by Leonard. That's going to slow Cobra down.
Cobra is still on wobbly legs! Can Leonard finish him?

Leonard clinches up with Cobra and pushes him back against the cage.
Cobra seems to have recovered his senses.
Cobra is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.

Cobra jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Leonard walks away with a smile on his face. Cobra gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.

The fight stays on the outside here - Cobra looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Carlos Leonard seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Cobra takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?

Leonard fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Cobra has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
Whack! Leonard lands a heavy head kick that drops Cobra. The ref tackles Leonard to stop the fight - a great save by the referee because Cobra was done.

Rees tries to land a knee to the head but Leonard blocks with his arms.

The referee is keeping an eye on Rees - much more stalling and he will separate the fighters.
Rees wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Leonard is working hard here but doesn't seem to be able to control effectively, up against the cage.
Leonard has Rees pressed against the cage, preventing Rees from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Rees is looking to take this one to the mat.

Matias H Rees has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos Leonard.

Leonard lands a front kick.
Jjung Son loads up on a big right hand but Leonard slips the punch.

Jjung Son dips to his left and cracks Leonard with an uppercut!
Jjung Son throws out a loose jab but Leonard uses good head movement to avoid it.
Leonard is looking to clinch but Jjung Son is avoiding it.
Leonard wants to clinch up but Jjung Son keeps it at a distance.
A little jabbing left from Jjung Son on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Jjung Son stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Leonard.

Jjung Son has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Leonard uses from the top position.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Oh Leonard is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Jjung Son throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Leonard takes a shot right to the liver - Bas would have been proud of that punch.
BOOM! Jjung Son lands a beautiful left hook that drops Leonard. Leonard tries to recover but Jjung Son is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Leonard lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
