Both fighters are only really looking to counter, so after a good 30 seconds of circling each other endlessly, the referee has stepped in and told them both to be more aggressive.#CL2#
Prendergast gets tackled into the cage by Muir. Muir maintains the clinch.
Prendergast stalling here - the referee won't stand for too much of that.
Prendergast manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Muir shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Prendergast as he jumps to the side.
Prendergast looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.#TD#
Muir shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Prendergast napping and manages to drive through into side control!
Prendergast bucks up and manages to escape back to his feet!#TD2#
Prendergast throws the overhand right but ducks down into a quick takedown attempt. Muir was covering up waiting for the punch and Prendergast finishes the takedown easily into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Prendergast lands a couple of elbows.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Muir trying to keep a closed guard but Prendergast is proving a slippery customer.
