Berry is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Bloodgates misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out.

Berry swings wildly with an uppercut but Bloodgates uses good head movement to avoid it.
Berry keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Bloodgates's efforts to push away.
Bloodgates tries for a takedown but Berry manages to get underhooks.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Chief Bloodgates. That's going to take a lot out of him.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Good anti-grappling being displayed by Berry as Bloodgates tries to tie him up.

Berry thuds his right hand into Shillingford's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Jab by Berry.
Shillingford avoids the body shot from Berry.
A nice side step and Shillingford releases a counter shot to the body, but it doesn't find it's home.
Shillingford gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Berry gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:24 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Dingle Berry!
