Habbestano takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.
Habbestano throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Okuma's waist but Okuma gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Habbestano off to one side.
Okuma works Habbestano's body with a nice hook.
Habbestano's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Okuma connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Habbestano scrambles back to his feet.

Kin Okuma seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Okuma scores with the left hand. Ryan knows he should have avoided that one.

This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Ryan lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Okuma up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Ryan from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Okuma's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Esposito flashes Okuma a smile before throwing a beast of a right hand, straight down the pipe. Okuma's eyes follow the hand right onto his nose, taking in it's full glory... and then darkness. Okuma crumples to the floor! He's out cold! Esposito punches the air and yells at the top of his lungs - yeeeeeeeeeeah!!!! This one is all over!

Habbestano shoots in for a takedown but Okuma shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Habbestano shoots in and drives through. Okuma sprawls well.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Habbestano crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Okuma - the referee stops the clock and Habbestano gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Okuma. Habbestano manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Okuma dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Habbestano. That did some damage!
