Hasler tries for a takedown but Gerber sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Hasler shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
Gerber scores with a jab to the jaw.
Hasler shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Gerber pinned against the cage. Gerber gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Romulus Gerber has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Ruedi Hasler.
Hasler looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Gerber is fending him off so far but Hasler persists. Nope, Gerber circles away and we're back to standing.

Gavinsky has recognised the danger and is trying to turn with the submission but Hasler is really squeezing tight and eventually Gavinsky passes out! Hasler breaks the hold and jumps onto the cage to celebrate! Submission of the night, I'd say!

Hasler throws some shoulder strikes here and then postures up. Oh, he's gone for an armbar! Nagy has his hands clasped together but Hasler breaks the hold and Nagy is forced to tap! This one is aaaaaaaaaaall over! That was lightning fast by Hasler!

Hasler throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Logan's waist but Logan gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Hasler off to one side.
Hasler shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Logan but Logan pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Logan throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Hasler stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
Logan thuds a left hand into Hasler's body.

and Logan counters with a straight right hand.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ruedi Hasler. That's going to take a lot out of him.#CL2#

Hasler has instead reached around Runesson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Hasler arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.

Kharimvotrik tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Hasler wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

Hasler has hold of Kharimvotrik's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Kharimvotrik seems comfortable defending it but Hasler has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Kharimvotrik is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Kharimvotrik is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Hasler couldn't care less - he's delighted!
