As Tsutomu backs off Kiplogat throws a huge counter combo but Tsutomu manages to avoid it all.

Kiplogat drops his hands momentarily. Tsutomu doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Kiplogat staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Kiplogat doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
