Helmsfrid landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Helmsfrid connects with a nice short shot to Powaaah's temple.
Helmsfrid is taking a breather. Powaaah says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Helmsfrid's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Helmsfrid has improved his flexibility recently so we will have to see if he can use that to his advantage.

Cannson lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Powaaah quite badly. Powaaah pulls Cannson in close trying to recover. Cannson postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Powaaah on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Powaaah doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
