Ren has scooted to the edge of the canvas and used the cage to get back to his feet. Shimada has stuck on his opponent and is forcing him back against the cage.

DeGuardio has his hands clasped together around Ren's back. He's all about the action.
DeGuardio wants to get back to full guard.
DeGuardio preventing any damage for now, controlling his opponent's head.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if DeGuardio can do anything to dispel that myth.

Ren reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Ren taps out! Nice BJJ there by DeGuardio!
