Barboza digs a right hand underneath Brown's ribcage. Brown let out a lung full of air as it connected.

Barboza breaks the clinch momentarily and cracks Brown with a big right hook that drops him to the canvas! Brown looks like he might be in big trouble here! Brown is wiping some vaseline out of his eye. Barboza doesn't give a rats ass about fair play and cracks him with a massive hook to the side of the head! Brown crumples to the floor out cold! The cornerman is going to be in Brown's bad books for that mishap!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Msomi scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent.
Brown on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
Brown looks winded!
Brown throws a jab when Msomi was well out of range.
Msomi scores with a crisp jab that stopped Brown in his tracks. #CUT#It looks like Damarcus Brown has been cut.
Brown throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Brown throws a hook but Msomi avoids it easily.
Msomi definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.

Brown ducks into a a hook from Msomi and goes down! He looks in a bit of a mess; will he beat the count?! 4,5,6,7,8 - he's up and looking to carry on! The referee looks into his eyes and sees that he's OK to continue!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Brown walks straight into a solid jab from Msomi. Oh, it looks like it's stumbled him! Msomi follows up with a big combo - a right followed by a left that knocks Brown out cold! Brown toppled like a tree, face planting on the canvas. Wow, that was brutal!

Brown closes the distance looking to clinch
and Thomas counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Brown keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Brown was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Thomas misses with a wild body shot.

and Thomas counters with a lead uppercut that lands right on the button! Brown goes down! Will Brown beat the count? 3,4,5 - he's up! No problem. Let's get back to the action!
Thomas closes the distance and catches Brown with a lead hook that drops him to the canvas! Brown is clearly dazed and struggling here! 3,4,5,6,7 and Brown is up to his feet but the referee has called it off! Brown is still far too wobbly and he's not going to allow the fight to continue! Thomas takes it!

The fight stays on the outside here - Brown looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Brown takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Brown tries to move into range but Ryker moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Ryker throws a body shot but no joy.
Brown lands a nice looking body shot.
Brown tries to clinch but Ryker moves out of range.
Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Ryker paws at him with a jab and circles away.
Brown walks into a straight right hand from Ryker.
Brown is looking to clinch.
Brown throws a head kick but Ryker moves out of range.
Brown misses with the combination.
It looked like Ryker wanted to counter with a hook but didn't fully commit.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Brown tries to clinch but fails miserably
and Brown takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Brown tries to close the distance and clinch up but Ryker swats him away and circles back towards the center.
