Coltrane looks to throw the jab but White is out of range.
and White counters with a massive uppercut that badly hurts Coltrane! He's just covering up as White starts to tee off till the referee steps in and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:11 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Denis White!
Denis White retains his heavyweight title!
Our winner, Denis White, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.

A thudding body kick lands there by Franklin!

and Coltrane counters by moving into the clinch.
Franklin is trying to pull guard but Coltrane has him pressed against the cage.
Coltrane wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Franklin has him pressed against the cage.
Franklin prevents a body shot from Coltrane.
Coltrane throws a head punch that misses.
Coltrane wants to break free but Franklin has control.

Franklin pulls Coltrane into guard.
Coltrane in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
Coltrane throws an elbow that misses. Franklin uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Coltrane's guard. Nice move by Franklin!#REVR#
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Coltrane is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

George Franklin seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Franklin shoots in looking for a takedown. Coltrane tries to sprawl out of it but Franklin keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Coltrane manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing. #T4#

This one is all over! Oh man, looking at the replay that was right on the button! Franklin was out before he hit the floor!

Davidson connects with a right hand. Coltrane shakes it off.

Davidson throws a body shot but no joy.
Coltrane lands a right hook to the body.
Coltrane throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Davidson throws a poor cross that misses
and Coltrane counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. #CUT2#It looks like Ramone Davidson has been cut.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Coltrane, as that shot connected.
Coltrane throws out a powerful jab.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
